What address should I use for my Billing Address?

As a security measure we check the credit card used against the address the monthly statement is mailed to.  Please provide this address to us as the Billing Address when placing your order to prevent delays in processing your order.

Can I ship my order to a different address than where I receive my credit card statement?

Yes, we can ship to any address in the US, Canada or around the world. If you would like your order shipped to you at a different address or to someone else, please provide that address to us as the Shipping Address.

Why do you need my telephone number to place an order?

We require a day time phone number so we can reach you in case we have questions about your order or credit card information.  Some oversize shipments and international orders will be billed actual ship charges.  We will contact you by phone if this applies to your order. Orders without phone number may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to contact you by phone.

How do you ship my order?

Orders are shipped Canada Post or UPS depending on the level of service selected and the size and weight of your package.

Are the ship times guaranteed?
Ship times are not guaranteed and are estimates based on the level of service selected. Most orders of in stock merchandise arrive within the estimated number of Business Days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do I need to Register to order?
No, you do not need to register to order, but if you would like to track your order, see your order history at a later date, or simplify future orders by having us remember your account information online you must register when you place your order.

If you do not set up an account when placing your order, you can call customer service for assistance, but remember to register when you place your next order.

I did not receive my entire order in the first shipment, will I be charged for shipping the additional packages?

The total shipping cost is charged when we ship the first part of your order.  You will not be charged shipping when we ship the remainder of your order.

Why does my Order History only contain some of my orders?

Order History will contain all Bodhi Lifestyle Shop orders placed using the current password created on this web site design.  Orders placed via phone, mail, fax, on our previous web site design or placed as a guest without registering will not be reflected in your Order History.
